SALES / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Guildford, GU1

Salary: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator for our client’s successful independent Estate Agency in Guildford.

We need a Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator with exceptional selling and negotiation skills. 

The perfect candidate will have a “can-do” attitude and looking to further their career in Estate Agency with a company that recognises talent, offers a supportive environment and great career progression.

You should currently be working in the estate agency industry in residential sales and have a good understanding of the residential property sales process, and a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means.  Good local knowledge of the Guildford area would be helpful.

Generous salary package and car allowance for the right candidate.

• Full Driving License essential
