Remote Working - Occassional Travel to Aberystwyth

£40,000 to £50,000 Basic Salary + Relocation Package + Generous Company Profit Share + Company Shares + Increasing Holidays (From 20 to 26 Days) + Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown + Company Pension (Employer 8%, Employee 3%) + Death in Service Benefit (4x Annual Salary) + Income Protection

Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours per Week – Flexible Working Hours within 10am to 4pm

Product Manager required for a market leading engineering company who are at the forefront of technology. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an employee owned and focused company who are pioneering within biotechnology and brewing industry markets as they expand their product portfolio.

The successful candidate will need experience working within a product management role and will need experience in a scientific industry.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of one of the company’s product ranges, from NPI to end-of-life. You will be responsible for defining customer requirements to create competitive market strategies, including price and volume forecasts.

The company are offering this position as a remote role, however would require the successful candidate to travel to the company's site in Aberystwyth four to six times a month. Travel expenses will be covered. 

The Product Manager Role:

· Oversee entire product lifecycle
· Working on new and existing products
· Define product improvements
· Product pricing, volume forecasts, marketing strategy, app notes etc.
· Deliver product talks, webinars, training etc.
· Ensure successful return on investment through understanding market competition
· Remote / Hybrid working options 

The Product Manager Candidate:

· Scientific / biotechnology experience
· Experience as a Product Manager
