We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Teaching Assistant to join our esteemed school community in Branston. The position is available for a September start, focusing on supporting both Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students.

Responsibilities:
- KS3 and KS4 Support: Assist in delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the subject matter among students.
- Curriculum Support: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum, ensuring alignment with current educational developments and the needs of our diverse student body.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assist in implementing effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their academic development.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting teaching at both KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Strong knowledge of educational principles and current developments in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a team-oriented teaching environment.
