Reporting to: Business Development Manager
Management Responsibilities: None
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete pre-site visit documentation for engineers.
- Arrange travel and hotel bookings.
- Prepare and send spare parts quotations.
- Input and update orders, jobs, and invoices on spreadsheets.
- Maintain and file job records, both electronically and on paper.
- Monitor and maintain ISO systems.
- Manage Goods In/Returns procedures and operate GRN.
- Book couriers and prepare dispatch notes.
- Manage chemical stock and disposal.
- Track calibration certification for instruments.
- Provide switchboard and reception cover.
- Ensure company vehicles meet legal and servicing requirements.
- Maintain office supplies, uniforms, and staff refreshments.
