Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Management Responsibilities: None

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete pre-site visit documentation for engineers.
  • Arrange travel and hotel bookings.
  • Prepare and send spare parts quotations.
  • Input and update orders, jobs, and invoices on spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and file job records, both electronically and on paper.
  • Monitor and maintain ISO systems.
  • Manage Goods In/Returns procedures and operate GRN.
  • Book couriers and prepare dispatch notes.
  • Manage chemical stock and disposal.
  • Track calibration certification for instruments.
  • Provide switchboard and reception cover.
  • Ensure company vehicles meet legal and servicing requirements.
  • Maintain office supplies, uniforms, and staff refreshments.
