- We are working on behalf of growing and award winning Mechanical and Electrical building services company, working within the Maintenance Division.

Your new role
- Working in a mobile role, you will be covering multiple commercial, educational and healthcare sites across Coventry.
- Working in a Pool Plant Maintenance role you will be performing PPM and Reactive maintenance on commercial mechanical equipment like, Water Filtration systems, Pumps, Motors, Legionella checks, temp checks and etc.
- Going beyond specialised duties when required like, multi-skilled maintenance changing lightbulbs, fabric maintenance, doors, plumbing and etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- We are keen to speak to Handymen, Caretakers, Pool Technicians or Mechanical Technicians.
- Minimum of 2+ years working within Building Services Maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Must hold a UK Driving Licence live within a commutable distance of Coventry.
