Linear Recruitment are looking for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a National New Build housing developer.
This is a Permanent position located in Consett.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Plan, Manage and lead all on site construction and customer care activities to ensure the projects are completed of quality and in line with company regulations.
- Plan, manage and build in line with site plans, ensuring budget, safety and building regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Manage all onsite labour and subcontractors.
- Manage Health and Safety requirements relating to all colleagues on site.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on New Build Housing Development sites.
- Great knowledge of construction methods/ processes and understanding of financial implications of methods.
- Broad awareness of codes of practice – NHBC, Building regs.
