Team Leader- £29.5k – Barnsley – Small home 

Shift Hours: 12-hour days full time 
Shift Pattern:
Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week Two: Wednesday and Thursday
Hourly Rate: £29.5k annually

Responsibilities:
•    Lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets
•    Ensure smooth operation during shifts, maintaining high standards of service
•    Provide support, guidance, and coaching to team members
•    Manage schedules and allocate tasks effectively
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
•    Handle escalated customer or operational issues efficiently
•    Liaise with management to report on team performance and suggest improvements
•    Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
•    Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency

Requirements:
•    Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Strong organisational and time-management abilities
•    Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
•    Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
•    Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
•    Commitment to promoting a safe and supportive work environment
•    A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
•    Willingness to undergo training and development as required
