Job Description:

Manage export processes and international shipments, ensuring compliance with UK and foreign trade laws. Oversee paperwork, monetary transactions, and warehousing operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Confirm customer orders and provide product availability and pricing.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate international shipments with necessary documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of customs and excise requirements.
• Negotiate with shippers and vendors to minimize costs.
• Handle export inquiries and provide technical product advice.
• Liaise with internal teams for dispatch dates and incoming goods.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and excellent customer service.
• Train and manage warehousing teams.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of customs, excise requirements, and Incoterms
• Degree qualified or relevant experience
