HR Advisor/Manager

This is a real generalist role managing all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
You will be coming into the business as a HR Manager with a team of 2 reporting into you and you reporting to the HR BP overseas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a HR Advisory role
- Experience using SAGE is essential
- Experience with Kilo or a time management systems desired
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- On site work is essential so you must have transport
