Commercial Gas Engineer
£40k-£45k (depending on experience) + Company Van + Overtime + Pension + Benefits.
Location - Ipswich / Suffolk
Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently have an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a local and well-established heating contractor on an employed, full-time and PAYE basis. Our client offer both domestic and commercial heating services and are gas safe and OFTEC registered.
Job Summary:
- Working as a mobile gas engineer, you'll be responsible for working locally to Suffolk, areas will include roughly a 20 mile radius therefore places such as Ipswich, Colchester, Sudbury, Hadleigh etc.
- Responsible for mainly service, maintenance and breakdown works on commercial gas, heating and boiler systems. With potentially some installation work as and when required.
- Working in a range of commercial premises from Schools, Care Homes, Office Blocks, Retail Units etc.
- Be part of an on-call rota system of 1 in 8.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Extensive Commercial Gas service, breakdown and installation experience.
- Hold relevant ACS Commercial Gas tickets such as (COCN1 Or CODNCO1 Changeover, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, TPCP1a).
- Must live within a 20 mile radius of Ipswich / Suffolk.
- Training and development provided.
- Full UK driving licence.
