Quality Inspector | ISO9001 | Motorsport | Eynsham | £30,000pa - £39,000pa:
A leading manufacturer based in the West Oxfordshire area is looking to recruit a Quality Inspector to carryout critical dimensional and visual inspection of a range of different components, working to established processes to control outgoing and incoming materials and components to the business. You will operate a variety of measuring equipment and tools associated with the role, which could include Bridge CMM running PC-DMIS, Portable CMM (Romer Inspection Arms) running PolyWorks and Conventional measurement equipment.
This is an incredibly varied Quality Inspector role, as you and will be working for a company which manufactures high tech components for a range of industries, including motorsport, F1, automotive, aerospace and defence. If you’re interested in sustainability, then the company is reducing the carbon footprint of these customers by producing light weight components.

The Quality Inspector will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
- Methodical approach to problem solving, with excellent attention to detail.
- Willing to learn all Geometric Tolerancing and become adept at reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of CMM Programming (using PC-DMIS), and Faro or Romer Arm programming (using PolyWorks) would be desirable.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM Programming, PolyWorks 3D Scanning Software is also desirable for this role.
- Knowledge of NDT inspection methods, such as fluorescent and/or visible penetrant, pressure testing, and visual weld inspection, is desirable.
