A growing client of ours in Mildenhall is seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to join their growing team permanently.
As a Production Assistant, you will:
- Assist with general production duties
- Ensure smooth operations of the production process, flagging any potential issues or obstacles to your manager
- Help to manufacture and pack products
- Being hands-on in the creation of their products, helping picking products, and logging product usage
- Ensure cleaning schedules are completed on time and paperwork is completed
What We Are Looking For:
- Background in pharmaceuticals, food, or chemical industries, with a strong understanding of hygiene practices
- HACCP knowledge is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Experience in using production equipment safely
- Although experience in Food Production is preferred, please note that on-the-job training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn.
