Part Qualified Accountant | Dublin 7 | Full Time | €40-€45,000

Our client specialises in the provision of self-invested pension products. They are one of the few providers in the market that offer a full range of pension products on a self-invested basis. This includes Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes, Personal Retirement Savings Accounts, Personal Retirement Bonds and Approved (Minimum) Retirement Funds.

Their products offer clients flexibility and real choice when it comes to their pension investments. They also offer corporate trustee services to defined contribution pension schemes. In addition, they provide extensive technical expertise to their financial advisors and clients in all areas of pension planning and legislation.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Experience in financial ERP systems and strong MS office skills, particularly excel are essential
    • You will be a part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) and be results driven
    • You can ensure tasks are delivered to deadlines
    • You should have excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment
    • It will be important that you are self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously

What will your role as a Part Qualified Accountant look like?

  • Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
  • Management reporting incorporating variance analysis (forecasts, budgets),
  • Accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy of P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Revenue reporting including VAT returns and other tax returns
  • Ensure that all internal and external audits are managed correctly
  • Preparation of annual budget and monthly financial forecasts
  • All aspects of the accounts payable & receivable functions
  • Payroll preparation
  • Other ad hoc duties
