We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee a hard and soft landscaping package for a main contractor, valued at approximately £500k. The project is site-based in Kingston Upon Thames and requires immediate start.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee and manage the hard and soft landscaping package.
·Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
·Develop and maintain project schedules and programs.
·Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
·Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
·Meet all client and Riney requirements and expectations.
·Provide regular progress reports and updates to the main contractor and stakeholders.

Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Project Manager in similar projects, particularly in landscaping and S278 packages.
·Strong organizational and project management skills.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
·Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines.
·Solid understanding of SHEQ standards and regulations.
·Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
