About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant specialising in SATs Preparation to join our team on a part-time basis. This role has become available due to an exciting expansion of our team.

As a TA in this role, you will work 3 days per week, focusing on boosting and intervening to prepare our students for their SATs exams. You will work closely with a small class size, ensuring each child receives the attention and support they need to succeed.

Application Requirements:

• Previous experience working with Key Stage 2 students, particularly in SATs preparation.

• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support and intervention to students preparing for SATs exams.

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.

• Monitor and report on student progress, adapting support as needed.

• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning.
