Head of FP&A| Mansfield| Highly Competitive package | Hybrid working – 2 days in the office
 
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Head of FP&A to join a growing company in the Mansfield area. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis team and provide commercial support for the company.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the monthly production of financial MI, preparing the company’s Budget, Corporate plan and quarterly forecasts, and providing forward-looking stress testing for management. You will also partner with the product team on the pricing and profitability of products and advise the product committee on the profitability of the overall portfolio.
 
Key Responsibilities…
*             Preparation of the Budget, Corporate plan and quarterly forecasts
*             Provision of information for SLT to assist them in making commercial decisions
*             Oversee the production of interest rate risk GAP estimates on a weekly/monthly basis
*             Providing forward-looking stress testing for Management
*             Act as a point of contact for financial queries from the other departments, escalating to the Financial Controller or Finance Director if needed
*             Providing Commercial Analysis for the company’s Senior Management as requested
*             Provide ad hoc assistance to the Financial Controller and Finance Director as and when required
*             Work with the Assistant Management Accountant to update systems and processes
*             Assist in the testing and implementation of new systems within the department
*             Proactively identify and execute process improvements to drive efficiency within the BAU processes that support reporting, forecasting and commercial decision making
 
Who the Client is looking for?...
*             You must have a strong background in financial planning and analysis
*             You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
*             You will also have experience in managing a team and be able to provide guidance and support to team members.
*             You will have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
*             You will be Part/ fully Qualified ACCA, CIMA
