Role Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced Interim Quality Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the quality management of their two homes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and striving for continuous improvement in care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage quality assurance processes in both homes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high care standards.
Develop and implement quality improvement plans.
Provide support and guidance to staff on quality-related matters.
Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as necessary.
Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
Preferred: Qualified Nurse (RN/RMN/RGN).
Proven experience in quality management within a care setting.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the care industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Flexibility to travel between the two homes in Sussex and Hampshire.
