The Role:

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Achieving monthly and annual revenue and growth targets
  • Promoting and delivering new service offerings
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and communication
  • Meeting volume requirements for incoming waste
  • Developing strong internal relationships with Operations, Technical Sales, and Finance teams
  • Supporting the Internal Sales Team with site visits
  • Preparing and submitting monthly sales reports
  • Identifying and developing new market opportunities

The Candidate:

The ideal Regional Account Manager will have:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth against targets
  • Strong negotiation skills with customers and suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A Chemistry degree (advantageous)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
