Private Client Paralegal

Premier Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to support a legal advisor with their busy caseload. You will be working for a forward-thinking, established Law firm in the Romford area, based in the office.
The ideal Private Client Paralegal must have experience in the Wills, Probate and LPA's. As well as being self-motivated, highly organised and have good communication skills with clients.
Ideal ate Client Paralegal:
- 2 years experience in assisting with Private Client, Wills & Probate
- Ability to draft and prepare legal documentation: Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts
- Knowledge of preparing and completing IHT forms such as IHT205, IHT217 and IHT400
- Experience with preparing LPA forms and Wills from the solicitor notes and preparing Probate forms online
- Experience in LEAP case management system is desirable
- Good overall technical knowledge of private client work with the ability to work unsupervised
