A well-known boutique law firm in Central London specialising in Property Litigation, is seeking a talented and motivated Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters including:
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Succession
- Disrepair
- Boundary disputes
- Adverse possession
- Enforcement of leasehold covenants
- Business lease renewals and dilapidations
- Service charges and tenancy deposits
- Collective enfranchisement and lease extensions
- Applying for injunctions & Rent arrears
- Assist senior solicitors with complex cases
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties
- Newly qualified solicitor with a strong academic background
- Must have 1 Litigation oriented Seat during Training Contract
- Keen interest in Property Litigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000)
