Job Title: Multi Trade
Location: Norwich
Start Date: Ongoing Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4pm (early friday finish)
Salary: £18.50 per hour CIS DOE trade skills and experience
Must have own van and tools
Company & Project:
ARC Group are recruiting for experienced Multi Trade for a well established housing associations contractor. The successful candidate should have experience working on maintenance projects and be responsible for the repairs and maintenance works within the Norwich area.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:
- As the Multi Trader preferably have experience of working on a planned and reactive works schemes.
- As the Multi Trader you’ll complete allocated works in void and tenanted properties.
- As the Multi Trader you'll be required to have a range of trade skills in plastering, carpentry, tiling and basic plumbing.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Multi Trader:
- Valid UK driving licence (Essential) - NO more than 6 points
- Must have proven work experience
- Experience working on maintenance projects
- Health and Safety Aware
