Description

Routine Maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, including inspecting, testing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems for optimal performance, and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.

Reactive Maintenance & Fault Finding: Perform fault finding and reactive maintenance on medium to heavy industrial plant and equipment, and analyze data to implement strategies to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.

Training & Reporting: Deliver and train on Preventative and Total Productive Maintenance (PPM & TPM) schedules, monitor issues, report trends, and provide monthly high-level analysis.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including COSHH, risk assessments, and manual handling for all maintenance activities, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and machine uptime.

Continuous Improvement & Documentation: Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance production quality and safety, implement a maintenance request system, reduce waste and costs, and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance methods.

- Capable of achieving significant reduction in equipment downtime through effective preventative maintenance and timely repairs.
- Skilled in maintaining high operational efficiency of all mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records, facilitating effective tracking and reporting of maintenance activities.
