This opportunity would suit someone looking for part-time hours with flexibility in start and finish times. As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Manufacturing sites in Macduff. You will be responsible for managing site documentation, coordinating communication, and supporting the site management team. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining efficient site operations and supporting the overall project delivery.

Site Administrator – Refresco, Macduff

30 hours per week – Flexible Monday – Friday or Monday - Thursday

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Coordinate routine management tasks and documentation for the operations group
  • Create professional standard presentations and briefing documents for staff briefing purposes and monthly/quarterly management meetings.
  • Manage and Audit; Stationary, photocopying supplies, monthly cleaning schedule, minute taking, updating and issuing action logs for HSE meetings
  • Provide general administrative / secretarial cover for the operations group including typing of memos, letters, reports, spreadsheets, database maintenance, PowerPoint presentations and minute taking in meetings.
  • Review, Minute taking and issue action plan from the daily 8:45 meeting
  • Raising PO’s
  • Coordination of agency worker timesheets for cost/PO purposes
  • Provide support to the HSE manager with provision on monthly health, safety and environmental figures.
  • Update KPI reposrts for all departments
  • Update communication boards and TV screens located around site
  • Organise uniform and lockers for new starters
  • Manage site access system

In addition, you may be required to support in other areas in times of absence.

  • Create engineering and raw material cycle counts
  • Raising engineering purchase requisitions
  • Supporting on GMP / BRC / HSE site audits
  • Cover for cleaning
  • Organising social events for site

 

Competencies and skills to be successful as the Site Administrator at Refresco:

You will be enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

  • Experience of undertaking administrative duties, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and understand data.
  • Computer literate, with excellent skills in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint
