Atkins Search are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to join a reputable, family-ran residential developer based in Lincolnshire.

Our client has an enviable reputation as one of the leading new homes developers in Lincolnshire.

A privately owned, and family-ran business who have been established for over 35 years, they pride themselves on building quality new homes on attractive well-designed developments.

The company continues to grow in a planned and sustainable way, and are looking to appoint an experienced, driven and ambitious Site Manager to join their growing business.

Role

As Site Manager you will be responsible for leading on a stunning 50-plot new build development in East Lincolnshire, and will be required to undertake the following responsibilities:

• Site planning, organisation & management
• Material scheduling and ordering
• Staff & contractor management including general supervision
• Creating a site team by involvement and motivation
• Giving concise & direct instructions, set clear standards, and ensure that they are met
• Complying & implementing the company’s policies & procedures
• Positive involvement with the Customer Care Team
• Attending and contributing to meetings as required
• Managing Health & Safety

Person

The successful Site Manager candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

• NVQ Level 6 (Site Manager)
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• 3-day First Aid qualification
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude, hardworking and reliable
• Knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction
• Comprehensive health & safety understanding
• Commercial awareness
• 3 years’ experience managing residential developments from inception to completion
• Valid UK driving licence

Remuneration

• Competitive salary based on experience £50,000 - £65,000
