Salary: £150 to 220 per day

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Science with expertise in Chemistry? Do you have a passion for inspiring the next generation? We are seeking a dynamic Chemistry Teacher to work at client Secondary Schools in Doncaster, starting September 2024.

Teacher of Chemistry Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Chemistry lessons that cater to different learning styles in accordance with the AQA curriculum.
  • Creating hands-on experiments and interactive activities to make learning come alive.
  • Providing individualized support and guidance to students, helping them excel in their studies.
  • Establish and enforce classroom rules, manage student behavior, and ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere for learning.
  • Design assessments, quizzes, tests, and projects to evaluate students' understanding of Chemistry concepts.

Teacher of Chemistry requirements:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status, with UK-based teaching experience.
  • Hold a relevant Degree at 2:1 or higher.
  • Have recent classroom teaching experience in teaching Chemistry, in-line with the AQA curriculum.
  • A deep passion for Chemistry and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
