Role Overview: They are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator / Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving our growth in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with glass-focused projects and a deep understanding of the glazing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs from initial design through to completion.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial market.
- Tender Management: Manage the tendering process, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and manage sub-contractors to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proven ability to achieve project deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong knowledge and experience in tender management and submission.
- Excellent sub-contractor management skills.
- Prior experience with glazing projects, particularly in the commercial sector.
