Sales Negotiator

Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

Salary: £22,300 - £27,000 + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in residential property sales and lettings.

The Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and advancing property transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings.
• Generate new business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with vendors and purchasers.
• Negotiate and progress property transactions to completion.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
• Ideally have experience in an estate agency.
• Strong communication skills to build client relationships.
• Ability to provide professional and efficient service both in person and via telephone.
