I have partnered up again with a Top 10 UK Construction Contractor who are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager on a £28m scheme in Hertfordshire. The Senior Project Manager will be overseeing the Civils / Steel Frame packages on an energy project. They are looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
My client is a leading main contractor with an excellent reputation. This role is to be part of the regional civils business unit, and following on from this scheme they have a strong orderbook of work within this business unit as well as their Power, Rail, Major Projects and Ground Engineering arms.
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager whose area of expertise is within the self-delivery of steel frame or industrial and civil engineering schemes. They are currently doing the ground investigation, and they are looking to bolster the site team to assist with the next phase.

Criteria:
• Contractor Background (Self Delivery experience)
• Minimum 4/5years’ experience in the same role
On offer:
• Up to £85,000 plus company package (Negotiable on Candidate Experience)
• Car or Car Allowance – Market Leading
• 42 hours a week contract
• Pension Contribution
• Up to 20% Bonus
