Temporary Sales Team Administrator

Our client who is a large distributer of goods is going through a busy period and looking for additional administration support within the customer service and sales support team.

To be considered for this role you must have experience within office based administration, processing order data and inputting information on to an inhouse system with a high attention to detail.

You must also be confident in the use of MS office and Excel and learning computer systems. Clear, effective communication skills is a must also.

Duties will include

  • Downloading web orders for the business
  • Processing sales orders on to the sales system for action from the wider teams and distribution
  • Liaising with the sales teams and management if there are issues of queries in regards to an order
  • Answering calls into the department and monitoring the sales inbox

This company work in a fast-paced manner and you must be used to working in such environments.

The team and management is very supportive and all teams work closely together as part of a wider business, so you will need to work well with others and support where others need administration help at times.

Ideally you will be able to work 5 days per week but there is some flexibility around this
