We are a recruitment agency seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Data Manager for a secondary school in Huddersfield. This full-time, year-round position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the school's data management and student performance evaluation. The role may also lead to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of data management related to students, ensuring accurate input, maintenance, and analysis of data within the school's management information system.

- Gather, store, maintain, and analyze pupil and school performance data to support self-evaluation, external obligations, and parental communication.

- Collaborate with the Assistant Principal for Curriculum to plan and create the school timetable.

- Work closely with teachers and administrative staff to ensure data integrity and security.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices within the school.

Requirements:

- Strong background in data management with experience using School Management Information Systems (SIMS), SISRA, or other school data systems.

- Excellent IT skills, particularly in inputting, retrieving, and analyzing data.

- Detail-oriented and organised, with a high level of precision and speed in tasks.

- Ability to use initiative and work flexibly within a supportive team environment.

- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
