Search Tech is seeking a Depot Manager for our Regional Waste Management Client in South Netherlands. As the Depot Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and managing the daily work of the office and the collection drivers in adherence to the company's Health and Safety Policy.
You will prioritise efficient work schedules, enforce legislation relating to road traffic acts, and ensure high levels of customer service and profitability. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct thorough route briefs, respond to customer complaints, and oversee disciplinary procedures when necessary.
Requirements:- Tenacious, flexible, and diligent with strong leadership skills
- Experience in the waste industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and knowledge of Tachograph legislation
- Valid Driving Licence
