My client is seeking a Store Manager for their flagship store in London. The role focuses on driving sales, achieving profit goals, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales and profitability. Implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Inspire and manage the team, conduct meetings, and provide development opportunities.
• Forecast stock needs, manage inventory, and conduct annual audits to minimise loss.
• Manage costs, ensure compliance, and create team schedules.
• Collect customer data in compliance with GDPR for marketing insights.
• Work with marketing to design store layouts and execute promotions.
• Build relationships within London’s fashion and cultural communities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing retail stores.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

• Experience in the sports or fashion industry.
