We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a key client account, on the Temps division building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve understanding client needs, coordinating recruitment efforts, and driving business growth.

Duties:
- As primary point of contact for client.
- Client needs objectives and expectations to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- End-to-end recruitment processes for key client.
- With internal recruiters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of recruitment services.
- Opportunities for business expansion with existing clients.
- New leads through networking, referrals and proactive outreach efforts.
- Weekly time sheets in preparation for payroll.
- Clients for time sheet approvals and purchase orders.
- On-boarding with candidates on a regular basis.
Skills:
- Highly organised.
- Strong communication skills, experience in communicating with people in a professional setting.
- IT using CRM and CMS alongside various client portals.
- Min of 8-12 months recruitment experience.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent level of professionalism.
- Eye to detail is paramount.
