Registered Children’s Home Manager

Location: Sheffiled, South Yorkshire

Full Time - Permanent

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Per annum

Hours: 40 hours a week

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Registered Manager for an outstanding Children’s Home in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

The organisation prides themselves on putting the care of the children at the heart of everything they do.

The aim’s of the home are to ensure a safe, homely and therapeutic environment for vulnerable young people. We ensure that the children and young person’s primary and developmental needs are priority by working to develop a strong caring ethos. Creating a safe environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, and thus facilitates the guidance & the development of their self-esteem and full potential.

Salary and Benefits:

· £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Requirements:

· Hold a level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management for Residential Childcare or equivalent

· Within the past five years, spent at least two years in a position relevant to the residential care of children

· Worked for at least one year in a role requiring supervision and management of staff working in a care role

· Have sound knowledge of the Children’s homes regulation and quality standards England 2015
