Anderselite are currently recruiting for Property Coordinator for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm based in London.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating projects from inception to completion.
- Preparing presentations and processing documents.
- Creating and maintaining Gantt charts to track project progress.
- Assisting with bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices.
- Providing administrative support to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
This is a hybrid remote/office-based role. Our working hours are 9:00-17:30, with flexible working arrangements available.
