As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be instrumental in building strong foundations for the children in your care. Your days will be filled with purposeful play, educational activities, and a supportive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute creative and learning activities that support the EYFS curriculum
- Foster positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s development
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a positive atmosphere in your room and across the nursery
- Support children in their daily routines, promoting independence and self-development and observe and assess children’s progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare
- Previous experience of working in a day care nursery or early years setting
- Solid understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with ability to nurture and engage with young children effectively
- Desire to participate in regular training and development opportunities
