Exciting Project Manager opportunity in Central London for a leading hotel developer.
About the role of Project Manager:
Working on projects averaging around £5 - £35 million, with a focus on structural work, fit out, facade, RC Frame, Steel Frame and externals.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Helping to implement new procedures
- Communication with Site Managers
- Day to day Client interaction
- Day to day running of site
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Experience with affordable residential, new build or converting offices/retail spaces to hotels
- Externals and structural experience
- Fit out and facade experience
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil Engineering
