As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will provide high-quality care and education for young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met. Implementing engaging activities, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining a nurturing environment, you will contribute to creating a positive and enriching early childhood experience.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Create a stimulating and safe environment that encourages the children's curiosity and exploration
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, fostering a love for learning and development
- Provide daily care routines, ensuring the well-being and happiness of each child
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents
- Recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification
- Previous experience in a nursery setting, demonstrating a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of and commitment to promoting a child-centred and inclusive environment
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture
- SENCO or Forestry school qualification would be an advantage
