You will set the tone for the team within the room, and as Nursery Room Leader, you’ll help your team achieve their potential in their roles as they help every child achieve theirs. You will be team player with a passion for coaching and mentoring, who can ensure that each child is nurtured by igniting their imaginations, encouraging them to think creatively, and making the most of their time in nursery.

Responsibilities:
- The Nursery Room Leader will provide professional and relevant feedback to parents and carers
- Promote high standards of quality in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children
- Embed and support others in delivering, the curriculum and learning experiences
- Ensure that children are kept safe and, when necessary, follow Safeguarding Procedures
- Previous experience in a day care nursery
- Management / Leadership experience
- Minimum childcare qualification at Level 3
- Ability to work harmoniously within a friendly, collaborative team
