Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email.
- Manage stock availability, ordering, and returns processes.
- Stay informed about new products, styles, and fabrics.
- Offer product and styling advice.
- Perform store opening and closing duties.
- Assist with deliveries and stock recalls.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service/sales role in a premium retail environment.
- Strong communication skills with patience and empathy.
- Genuine interest in sustainable fashion.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
