Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a specialist School in Boston to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible! This is a school, who prides itself on being happy and caring, with high standards of attainment and behaviour.

SEMH Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:

● Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

● Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs

● Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate

● Deliver catch-up sessions

SEMH Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:

* Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
* Must have a passion for education
* Enrich the learning experience for gifted and SEN students.
* Establish one-on-one mentoring and provide solace to students in distress.
* Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
* Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
