• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
• Participate in school activities and contribute to the school community.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A passion for working with adolescents and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Experience in an educational setting or working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
