Project Administrator - £27,000 - £29,000 + Bonus

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator/Coordinator to join our team. The Project Adminstrator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

Duties:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
- Assist in quality control activities to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
- Support the project manager in day-to-day tasks as needed

- Previous experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator or similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
