We are recruiting for a Behaviour Support role working in and outside the classroom with 12-16 year old's who need extra support in mainstream education.

We are interested in speaking to people from different backgrounds, you do NOT need to be experienced teaching assistant within the education sector to apply for this role.

We would love to speak to you if any of the following applies to you:

- Experience working with Children/Young People with challenging behaviour (Residental care, Out of school clubs etc)

- Volunteered or have personal experience working with people with Special Educational Needs

- Have done placements during studying in environments working with Vulnerable People/Challenging Behaviour/Autism/ADHD

- Relevant qualification/courses completed or Level 2 in Supporting Challenging Behaviour 

-Completed a Teaching Assistant course and looking to gain experience

We are open to looking at people on an individual basis not just on what experience or qualifications they have. We can provide training if required.
