Part Time Accounts Assistant

I am delighted to be working with a progressive and growing firm of Chartered Accountants who is keen to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant into a newly created role.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be working with a number of key clients taking responsibility for:
- Sales ledger processing with credit control
- Purchase Ledger Control
- Expenses
- Weekly Bank reconciliations
- Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with the monthly management accounts production
- Ad hoc analysis & general administration
The role would ideally suit an AAT Qualified / part qualified experienced accounts assistant. You will have excellent understanding of double entry bookkeeping and strong excel skills, including formulas.
This is a part time role offering either 3 full days or up 25 hours a week, with some flexibility on the hours and days worked.
