Are you an experienced Electrical Test Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Our client, is seeking a certified electrical control engineer to join their team on a temporary basis for 1-2 weeks.

Based in the heart of Hungerford. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm offering a salary of £18 - £25 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough tests and inspections on a range of low and extra low voltage power controls for underfloor heating.
  • Provide expert advice on control systems and circuit diagrams, offering valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new strategies and approaches to control systems, always aiming for practicality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, prioritising the well-being of both customers and employees.
  • Take the lead in signing off on control systems, taking pride in your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Certified electrical control engineer with proven experience in testing and inspecting power controls.
  • Solid knowledge of control systems and circuit diagrams, with expertise in low and extra-low voltage applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring that all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently.
  • A passion for safety and compliance, with an understanding of the importance of maintaining high standards.
