The role is ideal for individuals with a background in the rail industry, yet it is equally accessible to those with a wealth of transferable skills. In return for your commitment, the depot provides a competitive salary package, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to work within a company that values its employees. The team is known for its camaraderie and collective drive to achieve excellence, making it an ideal environment for those who thrive in collaborative settings.

Candidates are expected to possess strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously when required. A background in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous, as is a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance.
