Job Description: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction site in Bicester. Your role will involve ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with various teams and contractors to ensure the smooth running of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
• SMSTS Certificate
• Black CSCS card
