Andersen James are supporting a leading consultancy in asset management and property maintenance for the housing sector, seeking a Procurement Project Co-ordinator to join our team.
Role Overview: Support clients with efficient, compliant procurement processes under Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Assist with procedures, liaise with clients, and support the wider business as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement processes
- Draft documents (Notices, SQs, ITTs, reports)
- Review technical procurement documentation
- Manage timetables and deadlines
- Maintain client relationships
- Create score sheets and update templates
- Organise and minute meetings
- Proofread documents
Essential Skills:
- Effective time management
- Independent working ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Team and individual work experience
- Methodical approach to tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with PCR2015 procurements
Desirable:
- Social housing sector knowledge
- Administrative systems experience
- Familiarity with procurement portals
Location: Primarily home-based with 1-2 days weekly at client offices, mainly in London, potentially nationwide.
