An experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of digital marketing experience is needed to join our marketing team at Tiger Brokers, a leading online broker based in London, on a full-time basis. 

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is crucial for driving digital marketing campaigns and ensuring they adhere to our compliance standards. 

The ideal candidate will not directly create marketing materials but will coordinate and oversee the creation process to ensure alignment with agency inputs and internal compliance.

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Work closely with external advertising agencies to ensure seamless campaign executions. Provide them with compliant creative materials and manage best practices across SEM, DSP, social media, and other paid advertising channels.
  • Oversee and manage digital campaigns in channels not covered by agencies, including setting up accounts and direct campaign management, ensuring strategic alignment and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the development of advertising materials by understanding agencies requirements and communicating these to our internal creative team. Ensure that all marketing content is compliant with industry standards and approved by our internal review teams before release to agencies.
  • Facilitate communication between the creative team and agencies to generate advertising materials. Ensure all campaigns go through the internal sign-off process to maintain compliance.
  • Monitor campaign performance across various channels, optimizing for key metrics such as CPL, CPC, Quality Scores, CTR, Conversion Rate, LTV, and Revenue.
  • Continuously test new marketing tactics, refine messaging based on performance data, and identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Experience: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex digital campaigns
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English to effectively manage campaigns and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Holder of Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, or App) and other relevant digital marketing certifications
  • Strong familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or AppsFlyer. Skilled in using various digital marketing tools to analyse data and inform strategy

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills, capable of effectively coordinating between internal teams and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate projects and drive them to completion with minimal guidance
  • Skilled in following established compliance processes effectively without needing in-depth knowledge of specific financial products
